Description
3–4 person group – Price: €65 per person (minimum of three participants).
The bicycle ergometer test measures the fitness of the heart and circulatory system. It is suitable for recreational exercisers and health-oriented individuals who are not using beta-blockers or other heart or blood pressure medications.
The test evaluates maximal oxygen uptake (VO₂max), which forms the basis for a personalized exercise program including heart rate recommendations for different endurance levels.
During the test, the workload increases every 3–4 minutes until reaching 85% of the age-predicted or previously measured maximum heart rate. Throughout the test, the examiner monitors the participant’s ECG, heart rate, and blood pressure, making this an excellent assessment of cardiovascular condition and a clear indicator of overall physical performance and endurance.
Before the cycling test, each participant undergoes a Comprehensive InBody Big Data Body Composition Analysis, which provides detailed information on muscle, fat, and water distribution. The analysis also evaluates body strength, cellular health, the ratio of weight to muscle mass, and body fat percentage in comparison with age-group norms.
Participants receive both a standard InBody report and an extended Big Data report, offering an in-depth cell-level analysis.
