Description
Workshop on Sun, August 31, from 1 PM to 3 PM
Short rows are used to shape knitted garments. For example, they can add bust darts to a sweater or create a hem that is longer in the back than in the front. Short rows are also commonly used in shawl shaping and sock heels.
In this workshop, you will learn and practice several short row techniques, including wrap & turn, shadow stitches, and German short rows.
Maximum 20 participants.
Anna Johanna is an internationally known knitwear designer who left her career in research in 2020 to pursue designing full-time – and has been doing so ever since. Her patterns are timeless and elegant, always with a touch of romance.
